Types of Vitamin-B, what is Vitamin-B ? what is Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12.

There are eight types of Vitamin-B:
  • Thiamin ( Vitamin-B1)
  • Riboflavin (Vitamin-B2)
  • Niacin (Vitamin-B3)
  • Pantothenic acid (Vitamin-B5)
  • Pyridoxine (Vitamin-B6)
  • Biotin (Vitamin-B7)
  • Folate or, folic acid when included in supplements (Vitamin-B9)
  • Cyanocobalamin ( Vitamin-B12)

Thiamin deficiency is generally found in countries where the dietary stable in white rice 
Beriberi is a condition caused by Thiamin vitamin-B1 deficiency it can be classified as wet, and dry 'skin problem' beriberi.

Another thiamin deficiency disease linked to alcohol excess and a thiamin deficient diet Alcohol reduces thiamin absorption in the gut and increases its excretion from the kidneys.

Riboflavin is involved in energy production and helps vision and skin health.

Niacin is essential for the body to convert carbohydrates, alcohol, and fat into energy 
it helps maintain skin health and supports the nervous and digestive system. Vitamin B group ( Niacin) is very heat stable and little is lost in cooking.
